What can companies do to drive revenue during a global crisis?

During the Covid-19 crisis, retail businesses are the first to close their physical stores and suffer revenue losses. What can they do to generate revenue while their stores are closed?

Here are some tactics we have seen companies adopt.

  • Run an on-line sale 
  • Offer gift cards
  • Offer pre-orders for products and services that can be retrieved after life goes back to normal
  • Offer a discount for in-person experiences that have gone on line (e.g. virtual training sessions)
