Check out the E-Seminars from MIT Bootcamps These videos are produced by MIT Bootcamps, who also produced MIT's Entrepreneurship MOOCs and bootcamps.

You can also contact the Martin Trust Center to request access to Professor Bill Aulet's resources for teaching Disciplined Entrepreneurship. There is a wealth of information and presentations for teaching the framework in a variety of settings.

For general information about building startups, the Y-combinator blog is an unbelievable resource of up-to-date information that will help you build startups, Silicon Valley style.

Also check out the Lean Launchpad Educator's Guide by Steve Blank and Jerry Engel from Stanford - this is a 214 page document that provides details about why they created the seminal "Lean Launchpad" class at Stanford that focuses on teaching students to get out of the building and do customer development / employ Lean Startup techniques, as well as how they have practiced it at Stanford.  Educators are encouraged to take this template and customize it for their own teaching needs.
